The administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”) is a company under the name Kakado LLC based in the city of Będzin (postal code 42-500), Kościuszki St. 88.

The Administrator is not subject to the obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer pursuant to art. 37 par. 1 let. a-c of GDPR. Contact with the Administrator is possible via e-mail: rodo@kakado.pl , by phone no. 32 761 57 15 or by letter sent to the company's abovementioned address.

Personal data provided in the above contact form will be processed in connection with the process of answering the given question. Processing the personal data by the Administrator for a purpose other than indicated above requires a separate consent of the User. Otherwise, the data collected on electronic data carriers will be deleted 30 days after answering the question asked via the contact form, and all paper documents containing this data will be destroyed.

If the User gives additional consent to receive the newsletter and / or marketing information, personal data will be processed for a period of 3 years from the date of consent.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary from the point of view of achieving a given purpose by the Administrator, i.e. answering a question asked via the contact form, sending a newsletter or marketing information.

The User at any time has the right to: request the Administrator to access his personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing; lodging a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection regarding the method of data processing; withdrawal of consent to personal data processing and requests for their removal (“right to be forgotten”).

The basis for personal data processing is the consent given by the User above to process them in order to answer the question asked via the contact form and - optionally - other consents.

The personal data provided above will not be disclosed to third parties and will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
